A proud member of Gabby's Family of restaurants,
Gabby's Kitchen began in Chino Valley over two decades ago. Chef Jim Cabral and his wife, Kelley Cabral, took ownership in 2004 and started building a solid reputation in the Quad Cities for Great food and service and affordable prices. Not satisfied with only sharing their delicious menu and amazing atmosphere, the creation of the Gabby's Family of Restaurants was born here, and with it, the infamous tagline, Good Food, Good Friends, Good Times was established.

The Cabral's have stayed busy in the quad-city community ever since, taking on all food and beverage operations for the (Prescott Valley) Findlay Toyota Event Center in March of 2012, Gabby's Grill in Prescott Valley a few years later, Gabriellas Ristorante in 2018 and Prescott Junction in 2019. The most recent venture is less than a mile distance from where it all began in Chino Valley with the addition of Gabby's Rustic Eats.
